Steven Murphy - Chief Executive Officer

Steven Murphy is an accomplished entrepreneur best known for driving profitable growth with public and venture backed data storage software companies. Mr. Murphy has led Metalogix since early 2010 and was named to the Inc. 500 fastest growth companies in 2012. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer of SOFTEK, where he led the management buyout and subsequent market leadership in enterprise data migration and replication solutions, and later oversaw its acquisition by IBM’s Data Mobility Division.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Murphy served as the global CEO for Fujitsu Software Inc. and its predecessor Amdahl Corporation and held executive positions with Anderson Consulting and Dunn & Bradstreet Software.

Mr. Murphy has served as chairman of the board of directors for Fujitsu Softek, ObjectStar International, Plasmon Holdings, Inc. Steven received his B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Mount Saint Mary’s University, is married with two children, and resides in Washington D.C. Rick Rolandi - Chief Financial Officer
Rick Rolandi - Chief Financial Officer

Rick brings more than 30 years of financial and operational leadership with a proven track record of execution, having served as CFO for both venture-backed private software companies and publicly listed technology companies. Rick’s recent experience includes overseeing the financial strategy, capital structuring and profit improvement of Vovici, a SaaS based on-line survey solutions. Prior to joining Vovici, Rick served as Chief Financial Officer of Softek Storage Solutions Corporation, a provider of data migration software. While in this role, he was responsible for overseeing the finance, legal, information technology, and human resources business functions, supporting the Company's efforts to becoming a leader in the data migration space. Softek was acquired by IBM in 2007.

Previously, Rick served as CFO of DataDirect Technologies, where under his leadership the Company's first two fiscal years as an independent company resulted in consecutive year-over-year increases in revenues and profitability, while also generating over 30% operating cash flows. DataDirect was acquired by Progress Software in 2004. Rick was also the CFO of two NASDAQ listed companies, Landmark Systems and Data Measurement Corporation. Paul Bjarnason - Senior Vice President, Operations, Renewals and Support
Paul Bjarnason - Senior Vice President, Operations, Renewals and Support

Paul came to Metalogix with over two decades of experience with professional services companies and independent software vendors. As Senior Vice President of Operations, Renewals and Support, Paul is responsible for the teams supporting global customer sales, support and maintenance renewals and customer technical support. Prior to joining Metalogix, Paul held executive management positions at IBM Global Services (by way of IBM’s acquisition of Softek Storage Solutions) and most recently led the worldwide operations team focused on data mobility solutions supporting the brand’s data migration and replication solutions in mainframe and distributed environments. Leading up to his tenure at IBM, Paul held various sales and financial management positions at MicroStrategy, WorldStor, and General Dynamics (previously Anteon).

Matthew Bründl-Pandzich - Director, Archiving Business Unit

Matt is an experienced and innovative leader in the business of content infrastructure software. He is responsible for driving the market growth, customer satisfaction and product innovation of the Exchange Archive Manager product line, the market-leader in email archiving. Matt joined Metalogix in 2008 as the company acquired the Archive Manager product.

Previously, Matt has led product and account management of content management solutions at General Motors, Compuware, and Gradepoint Inc., which was acquired by Adayana in 2009. Anthony Daubenmerkl - Vice President, Global Product Support
Anthony Daubenmerkl - Vice President, Global Product Support

Anthony has been widely recognized as a tireless customer advocate for over 20 years, leading customer support teams in software and technology to provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction. He provides hands on leadership supporting our LIVE 24 by 7 customer care and support operation and is chiefly responsible for our customers highest satisfaction. He joined Metalogix in March 2011 from Alliance Storage Technologies where he rebuilt the worldwide support team for optical archiving and network-attached-storage (NAS). Under his leadership, the Alliance support teams consistently earned high marks for customer satisfaction, even as the company and products were in transition.

Jay DeWalt - Senior Vice President Global Alliances and Channels

Jay brings to Metalogix two decades of experience driving revenue growth through strategic alliances in the content & collaboration sector. As the head of Metalogix Global Alliances and Channels, he defines targets and implements strategic programs that deliver deep integration and strong business and sales relationships between Metalogix and partners.

Previously, he served as Vice President of Channels and Alliance at EMC, building and leading the EMC Information Group partner ecosystem. As a member of the Documentum/EMC executive teams, Jay’s leadership and vision played a key role in the acquisition of Documentum by EMC and it’s continued growth to become an $800 million division. In addition to EMC’s partner business, he has also led numerous M&A initiatives, Global Accounts Sales, and Specialty Sales. Prior to EMC he held multiple senior executive positions at Unisys and Lockheed Martin.

Trevor Hellebuyck - Chief Technology Officer for Product Management and Architecture

Trevor is a recognized SharePoint innovator and the principal architect of StoragePoint, the ground-breaking storage optimization software for SharePoint, and leads our cross-product technology integration and new product innovation planning initiatives. Trevor joined Metalogix in 2010 with the acquisition of BlueThread Technologies. He was instrumental in the launch and growth of StoragePoint while serving as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of BlueThread Technologies, a company focused on developing applications for Microsoft products and technologies. StoragePoint has become the #1 Remote BLOB Storage (RBS) solution in the market. Prior to BlueThread, Trevor led technology teams in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Enterprise Application Integration at NuSoft Solutions, acquired by RCM Technologies in 2008.

David Seaman - Senior Vice President of Development & CTO

David brings to Metalogix a successful track record in building high-growth technology companies, with a deep understanding of the Microsoft technical and architectural development platforms as well as a thorough understanding of the customer’s content management challenges. David leads the global Development and Engineering resources for our team and joined the management team through the acquisition of Syntergy’s SharePoint assets. In 2002, he founded Syntergy and led the development and marketing of Replicator, the game-changing leader in SharePoint synchronization.

David held roles as the President/CEO and founder of InfoDesign Corporation, a document management software company, and as both VP of Professional Services and VP of Advance Technology at Open Text Corporation. He also served as the Executive Vice President of Development for MobileQ, a mobile software company acquired by Viafone, integrating both development teams before a subsequent sale to Extended Systems. Renata Rybanska - Development Director, Archiving Business Unit

Renata is a creative and innovative infrastructure software architect, developer, and project manager with over 15 years of experience leading teams and projects in enterprise technology development. Since September 2012, Renata has transformed the product development and engineering capabilities of the Archive Manager solution from a regional leader in on Premise Email and File Archive solution to a powerful Hybrid Cloud Archive solution serving over 4000 customers globally. Previously she was the Head of Development at Slovanet and focused significantly on enterprise software development in ERP, CRM, database solutions, and software integration (SAP).

Chris Wagner - VP of Global Marketing
Chris Wagner - Vice President of Global Marketing

Chris Wagner brings 25 years of marketing leadership in hardware, software and services companies as well as philanthropic organizations, where he has been successful in creating and enhancing brands, increasing market awareness and driving demand generation. Chris has the unique background of marketing technology and educational resources for Microsoft, Adobe, Cisco, Symantec, Intuit, and Google to the philanthropic sector, serving over 300,000 nonprofits and non-governmental organizations in 90 countries as Senior Director of Product Marketing for TechSoup Global. Prior to his work in philanthropy, Chris directed the integration of marketing resources, content and assets at IBM in the acquisition of Softek Storage Solutions and managed the sales and partner enablement worldwide for data mobility as a service. As Vice President of Marketing for Softek Storage Solutions, he built a global marketing organization, led the brand creation and launch of Softek in the data mobility market. Chris began his career in technology working in a variety of marketing and communications management roles at Amdahl and Fujitsu.

Nimisha Shah - Vice President of Finance

Nimisha joined Metalogix in August 2011 with over eighteen years of experience in high growth, fast paced technology companies. As a Vice President of Finance, she leads global finance and accounting operations, guiding due diligence for Metalogix through four major acquisitions. Prior to joining Metalogix, Nimisha was Global Controller at Cvent and managed 300% revenue growth while simultaneously widening margins over 4 years. She was also part of CGI’s Finance Management team, responsible for a $50M Administrative and Operations budget.

Kim Schultze - Vice President of Human Resources

Kim joined Metalogix with over 25 years’ experience leading human resources departments for technology companies in both public and private sectors. Before joining Metalogix, she served as Vice President Human Resources at Earth Networks, Inc. and was Vice President Human Resources at Softek Storage Solutions, which was subsequently acquired by IBM. In addition to her success in talent acquisition, human capital development, and employee relations, she has led change management, due diligence, integration and assimilation initiatives during multiple corporate acquisitions. She served as Vice President Human Resources at Softek Storage Solutions, which was subsequently acquired by IBM. She also held the position of Vice President Human Resources, at OTG Software, acquired by LEGATO Systems, which was in turn acquired by EMC.

Kim attended Penn State University and lives in Maryland with her family.
