Steven Murphy - Chief Executive Officer
Steven Murphy is an accomplished entrepreneur best known for driving profitable growth with public and venture backed data storage software companies. Mr. Murphy has led Metalogix since early 2010 and was named to the Inc. 500 fastest growth companies in 2012. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer of SOFTEK, where he led the management buyout and subsequent market leadership in enterprise data migration and replication solutions, and later oversaw its acquisition by IBM’s Data Mobility Division.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Murphy served as the global CEO for Fujitsu Software Inc. and its predecessor Amdahl Corporation and held executive positions with Anderson Consulting and Dunn & Bradstreet Software.
Mr. Murphy has served as chairman of the board of directors for Fujitsu Softek, ObjectStar International, Plasmon Holdings, Inc. Steven received his B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Mount Saint Mary’s University, is married with two children, and resides in Washington D.C. He is a national award winner of the Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year.
Rick Rolandi - Chief Financial Officer
Rick brings more than 30 years of financial and operational leadership with a proven track record of execution, having served as CFO for both venture-backed private software companies and publicly listed technology companies. Rick’s recent experience includes overseeing the financial strategy, capital structuring and profit improvement of Vovici, a SaaS based on-line survey solutions. Prior to joining Vovici, Rick served as Chief Financial Officer of Softek Storage Solutions Corporation, a provider of data migration software. While in this role, he was responsible for overseeing the finance, legal, information technology, and human resources business functions, supporting the Company's efforts to becoming a leader in the data migration space. Softek was acquired by IBM in 2007.
Previously, Rick served as CFO of DataDirect Technologies, where under his leadership the Company's first two fiscal years as an independent company resulted in consecutive year-over-year increases in revenues and profitability, while also generating over 30% operating cash flows. DataDirect was acquired by Progress Software in 2004. Rick was also the CFO of two NASDAQ listed companies, Landmark Systems and Data Measurement Corporation. He holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard University.
Jignesh Shah - Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer
Jignesh brings a unique combination of technology, marketing and business experience to the Metalogix team. He has deep expertise in developing, acquiring and marketing enterprise software products. Jignesh previously managed a $250 Million software portfolio at Software AG. As Vice President of Product Management and Product Marketing, Jignesh launched and guided multiple products to #1 global market position. He also led acquisition and integration of early stage companies.
Prior to Software AG, Jignesh was a founding member of OpsPlanner – the first Cloud-based service for disaster recovery planning and emergency management. Jignesh headed multiple functions including product engineering, product management and marketing. Prior to OpsPlanner, Jignesh was a Solutions Architect at KPMG Consulting. He led the design and implementation of large IT solutions including Content and Collaboration, Business Intelligence, E-Commerce and B2B Integration. Jignesh’s clients included Federal Government services and Fortune 500 companies in High Tech, Consumer Products, Pharmaceuticals, Health Care and Manufacturing.

Josh Horstmann - Vice President of Global Sales
With more than 15 years of sales and executive management experience in the information technology industry, Josh brings extensive experience leading high-performing sales organizations to the Metalogix management team.
Josh joins Metalogix from Vocus, Inc., where he most recently served as vice president of Account Sales. Previously, he led several sales teams for Novell, including inside sales, field sales, pre-sales, channel sales, and strategic enterprise business development teams. Novell was acquired by Attachmate in 2011. Beginning his career at CA Technologies, Inc., Josh held numerous executive leadership roles in sales and sales operations during his 11 years with the company.
With a BS in marketing from York College, Josh also holds an MBA in information systems management from Dowling College, and has completed an executive education program at Harvard. An avid outdoor sports enthusiast, Josh resides in Maryland with his family.
David Seaman - co-Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Development
David brings a successful track record in building high-growth technology companies, with a deep understanding of technical aspects as well as customer-facing issues, to Metalogix. David has been focused in the Microsoft SharePoint space since 2002 and founded Syntergy, Inc., which grew to be the leader in SharePoint replication. He managed all aspects of marketing and product development prior to Syntergy’s SharePoint assets being acquired by Metalogix in March 2012.
In previous roles, David was the President/CEO and founder of InfoDesign Corporation, a workflow and high-end document management software company that was sold to the Open Text® Corporation, where he served as the Vice President of Professional Services and Vice President of Advance Technology. David also served as the Executive Vice President of Development for MobileQ, a mobile software company that was sold to Viafone and oversaw the integration of both development teams before a subsequent sale to Extended Systems.
Trevor Hellebuyck - co-Chief Technology Officer
Trevor has more than 15 years of experience as a software developer, architect, and technology executive with primary focus on Microsoft products and technologies. In his previous role as a principal and COO with BlueThread Technologies, Trevor was instrumental in the development, growth and ultimate sale of the startup business to Metalogix in 2010. Trevor brings extensive Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Enterprise Application Integration experience to Metalogix from his prior positions at BlueThread Technologies and NuSoft Solutions (acquired by RCM Technologies in 2008).
Trevor holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University in Computer Information Systems, is married with three children, and resides in the Detroit metro area
Bonnie Donovan - Vice President, Global Alliances and Partnerships
As the Vice President of Global Alliances and Partnerships, Bonnie is responsible for leading the company’s global partner and alliance team. She has 12 years of experience in the enterprise software industry, including both direct and channel sales. Bonnie brings significant expertise managing and building channel sales from her prior leadership role with JackBe as Director of Alliances and Partners.
Prior to her role with Metalogix, Bonnie held a position at Microsoft working with Enterprise Clients for SharePoint and SQL Server as well as positions with Quest Software and IBM. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom.
Anthony Daubenmerkl - Vice President, Global Product Support
Anthony brings a successful track record in managing customer support services directly and through domestic and international partnerships. He has more than 20 years of experience in customer service and third-party support for hardware and software products. Anthony has managed all levels of product support with a strong focus on providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. He joined Metalogix in March 2011 and holds a Master of Science degree in Information Technology Management from Regis University.
Previously, Anthony worked for Alliance Storage Technologies, formerly Plasmon, where he rebuilt the worldwide support team for optical archiving and NAS products. He has been instrumental in reducing servicing cost through the design and implementation of worldwide CBT training and certification processes.
Prior to joining Metalogix, Anthony worked for the startup company Light Blue Optics, based in Cambridge, U.K., as Lead Sales Engineer to build product and brand awareness within the U.S. market. He lives in northern Virginia with his family and enjoys outdoor activities in his free time.
