As you might be aware, the Sunbelt Exchange Archiver and File Archiver products are OEM versions of Metalogix’s Archive Manager products. As such, Metalogix has been standing behind the evolution of these products through ongoing development activities as well as providing third level technical support behind your original supplier Sunbelt for the past three years. You should rest assured that Metalogix has the expertise to continue to evolve and support these products which are a critical component to your business infrastructure.
We intend to make this transition as smooth as possible for you and are taking great efforts to ensure your continued product and customer satisfaction.
