As Metalogix invests in the next version of SharePoint, we look forward to new releases of our award-winning solutions for migrating, archiving and restoring content for SharePoint 2010.
We will extend SharePoint Site Migration Manager to support migration from WSSv2/WSS/v3 SPS 2003, MOSS 2007 to WSSv4 and SharePoint 2010. Site Migration Manager will simplify SharePoint’s many common--but challenging--upgrade and migration scenarios, enabling our customers to successfully adopt SharePoint 2010.
Metalogix Website Migration Manager will support migration to SharePoint 2010 publishing sites from web content management systems, Oracle Content Server (formerly Stellent), MCMS 2002, Interwoven and Vignette as well as static HTML sites. In additon, we will support migration from file shares, EMC/Documentum e-Room, Exchange Public Folders and a variety of other ECM systems.
In addition to our migration solutions, Metalogix will release updates to Professional Archive Manager for SharePoint and Selective Restore Manager Pro for SharePoint 2010, as well as other new and exciting offerings. We will be posting more details here over the coming months, so please stay tuned.
Metalogix will also continue supporting Microsoft Online (BPOS). All of our solutions will support the SharePoint 2010 Online release.
Metalogix will present an overview of our new offerings at the Microsoft SharePoint Conference in Las Vegas in October. We look forward to meeting you there and sharing more information about all the cool things we have planned for SharePoint 2010.
While we have not yet announced explicit release dates, we expect our solutions to be available alongside the RTM of SharePoint 2010. As always, we are eager to hear your feedback. Customers who are participating in the SharePoint 2010 beta programs can contact us about supporting their proof of concepts and pre-release testing.
