The Content Matrix Console - SharePoint Edition has the ability to create new sites on a target SharePoint environment. New sites can be created for any connection type except for Database connections, and the new site can use any site template that is installed on the SharePoint environment.

Creating a New SharePoint Site

  1. Navigate to the SharePoint Site or Server where the site should be created under.

  2. Right-click on the target and select Create Site.

  3. A prompt will appear asking for the properties of the site to be created. These properties include Site Title, Site URL Name, Description, and Template.

    Enter the desired values. The Site Title and Template are required, the other values will be populated with SharePoint's default data if these properties are left empty. After entering the information, click OK to create the site.
