Washington, DC – July 26, 2012 – Metalogix Software, the trusted provider of content lifecycle management  solutions for Microsoft® SharePoint®, Exchange® and Cloud platforms, today announced “The Metalogix Global SharePoint Customer Forum,” a global roadshow that will stop in cities across North America, Europe, South America and Asia from August through October.

At each event, attendees will review proven strategies to decrease the cost and increase the usability of growing SharePoint and File Share farms. Additionally, attendees will learn SharePoint and SharePoint 2013 deployment strategies, test drive innovative solutions from Metalogix and partners, and gain insight into efficiently managing the rapidly expanding growth of business-critical content. It will be an opportunity for customers to network and discuss how to overcome shared SharePoint challenges.

“We have reached a watershed moment in content management because organizations must be prepared now for this challenge as the amount of content is expected to reach 35 ZB by 2020,” said Steven Murphy, CEO, Metalogix. “We created the Metalogix Global SharePoint Customer Forum to share with customers the best practices for improving scalability with content management strategies to enhance the use and performance of their SharePoint platform. We’re excited for this opportunity to meet with our customers around the world and gain their insight in the content challenges they face every day.”

During the events, Metalogix executives and technical experts will discuss how to tackle the big SharePoint challenges that impede adoption, hurt scalability and decrease end user productivity. Attendees will learn how to consolidate file shares into SharePoint with high speed and high fidelity; synchronize SharePoint content across geographies for fast access; ensure outages don't prevent users from accessing their critical SharePoint content; and empower knowledge workers to manage their own content within the SharePoint user interface.

The Global SharePoint Customer Forum kicks off Thursday, Aug. 2, at the Microsoft Technology Center (MTC) in Atlanta and continues Tuesday, Aug. 7 at the MTC in New York City, and Thursday, Aug. 9, at the MTC in Dallas.
