Metalogix and Microsoft Extend Partnership as High-Performing Metalogix SharePoint Solutions Will Be Available At MTCs Around The World

Washington, DC – May 2, 2012 – Metalogix Software, the trusted provider of content lifecycle management solutions for Microsoft® SharePoint®, Exchange® and Cloud platforms, today announced it has been named an Alliance Partner for the Microsoft Technology Centers (MTCs). With the partnership, Metalogix SharePoint solutions that help organizations manage, move, store, archive and protect business-critical content will be available to thousands of Microsoft customers at MTCs around the world.

The membership further strengthens the partnership between Metalogix and Microsoft. Metalogix is a Managed Partner in the Microsoft High Potential ISV Group and, in March, joined the Microsoft Partner Solutions Center in Redmond, Wash. Metalogix has been approved by Microsoft for installation on Office 365 Dedicated servers after passing the Microsoft SharePoint Online Code Analysis Framework (MSOCAF) testing.

“Our customers are continually looking for innovative solutions to manage their rapidly growing content and Metalogix solutions will help them enhance the use of their SharePoint investment,” said Michael Gannotti, Technical Architect, MTC Philadelphia. “We are excited to have Metalogix as an Alliance Partner for our MTCs worldwide. Metalogix SharePoint solutions allow organizations to migrate and synchronize content, upgrade to SharePoint 2010 or Office 365, and improve performance through storage optimization. These are operational imperatives for our customers and we look forward to having them available in the MTCs.”

Metalogix expanded its suite of SharePoint solutions in March with the acquisition of Syntergy’s SharePoint business. The acquisition included the market-leading Replicator for SharePoint, which is a web-based solution used to synchronize and manage business intelligence in real-time across multiple SharePoint environments.

The Metalogix suite also features Migration Manager for SharePoint and StoragePoint. Metalogix Migration Manager for SharePoint breaks the speed barrier by enabling organizations to move or upgrade up to 500GB of full-fidelity content per day. Metalogix StoragePoint is the leading SharePoint storage optimization solution leveraging Remote BLOB (Binary Large Objects) Storage technologies to offload unstructured SharePoint content from the underlying SQL server and reduce content database sizes by up to 95 percent.

“Being named an Alliance Partner at the Microsoft Technology Centers provides a significant boost to our record-breaking growth and further solidifies our strong partnership with Microsoft,” said Steven Murphy, CEO, Metalogix. “By having our high-performing, breakthrough Metalogix SharePoint solutions available at MTCs, we will improve our ability to provide Microsoft customers with cost-effective content lifecycle management solutions for their business-critical content, whether on-premises or in the cloud.”
