1. Introduction

Metalogix ("we," "us" or "Metalogix") is committed to implementing measures designed to protect the privacy of those using our web site and services. Although we respect the Privacy of all those who visit us, we may collect information from our visitors. This Privacy Statement governs your interaction with Metalogix. As set forth within this Privacy Statement and our Terms of Service and other published guidelines, we do not release Personally Identifiable Information about our relationship without your permission.  The Privacy Statement was last modified on 24th May, 2018. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Statement to stay informed of updates.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Statement at any time and for any reason.  We will alert you about any changes by updating the “last modified” date of this Privacy Statement.  Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Statement on the Site.

We may collect and process the following data about you:

Fulfilling your Request
If a product or service, a callback, or specific marketing materials was requested, we will use the information you provided to fulfill that request. For instance, when installing our products, collecting information is either automatic, or requires an activation. In the case of automatic registration, the product will send information as to the license key, server information and other required information. If a manual activation is required, this information is required to be transmitted to us for validation and a return of an authorization key.

Improve your Experience
We may use information we collect about you to provide you with a personalized experience on our web sites, such as providing you with content which may interest you and making navigation on our sites easier.

Providing Support
We may notify you about a product update or fix to support products or services you purchased from us with the personal information you provided.

As mentioned earlier, we provide live call and online chat services to assist you through the website and the products you need in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

In connection with a job application or inquiry, whether advertised on a Metalogix web site or otherwise, you may provide us with information about yourself, such as a C.V. or resume. We may use this information throughout Metalogix to address your inquiry or consider you for employment purposes. Link to Third Party Websites
From time to time, Metalogix will provide links to third-party web sites. For example, Metalogix may provide links to a third party containing news on Metalogix and Metalogix products. These links are provided as a service to you. These sites are operated by independent entities that have their own privacy policies. Metalogix’s Privacy Statements does not apply to such other sites or to the use that those entities make of your information. Metalogix has no control over the content displayed on such sites, nor over the measures, if any, that are taken by such sites to protect the privacy of your information.

Information for Business Partners
If you represent a Metalogix business partner, you may visit Metalogix sites intended specifically for Metalogix business partners. We may use information provided on that site to administer and develop our business relationship with you, the business partner you represent, and Metalogix business partners generally. For instance, this may involve using your information to send you details of Metalogix business partner programs. It may also include sharing certain information with other business partners (subject to any confidentiality obligations that may exist), or Metalogix customers or prospects. In connection with a transaction or program, we may also contact you as part of our customer satisfaction surveys or for market research purposes.

5. Third-Party Application and Websites

To allow you to interact with other Web sites on which you may have accounts (such as Facebook and other social media sites) or join communities on such sites, we may provide links or embed third-party applications that allow you to login, post content or join communities from our Web sites. We may also provide you with general links to non-Metalogix Web sites. Your use of these links and applications is subject to the third parties’ privacy policies, and you should become familiar with the third-party sites' privacy policies before using the links or applications. Metalogix is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other Web sites.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information and maintain its accuracy.  While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.  Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties.

We also require that our suppliers protect such information from unauthorized access, use and disclosure.

7. Business Transfers and Sharing of Personal Information

Metalogix is a global organization having business processes, management structures and technical systems that cross borders. The information we receive about you may be shared within Metalogix and transferred to countries where we have our business presence and connection with the uses identified above. We provide a consistent level of protection for Personal Information all over the world in adherence with our practices and privacy statement. This implies that even in countries who don't have as stringent data protection laws as the rest, Metalogix will still handle the Personal Information in the manner appropriate to your country.

In some cases, Metalogix requires its suppliers to collect, store, utilize, and otherwise process information on its behalf. In such cases Metalogix requires that its suppliers handle information in a manner consistent with Metalogix's policies and standards.

We may disclose your personal information which we collected from our website to Non-Metalogix entities such as our business partners. We only do so with your prior consent and as described in the privacy statement. We do not sell or lease such information.

When transferring your information outside of the country collection for the purposes mentioned above, Metalogix complies with applicable laws of the country of collection.

8. Online Advertising

Metalogix does not deliver third party online advertisements on our web sites but we advertise our products and services on others' web sites. Please familiarize yourself with those web site operators' or network advertisers' privacy policies to understand their practices relating to advertising, including what type of information they may collect about your Internet usage.

9. Retention

We will retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services or information.

If you wish to request no further marketing mailings, you may unsubscribe from our mailing lists using the unsubscribe link included on every marketing email.

If you wish us to no longer retain your personal information, (a “Right to be Forgotten” request) contact us at Keep in mind, however, that there will be residual information that will remain within Metalogix databases, access logs and other records, which may or may not contain personally identifiable information. The residual information will not be used for commercial purposes, but we will retain and use the Personal Identifiable Information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
